Glen Rediehs, M.Div., Ph.D.

Dr. Rediehs founded his own company in 1980. He has provided

training and consulting to businesses, governmental agencies and 

churches. He has been a parish pastor, a psychotherapist, and

taught in college and university Psychology departments for over

twenty years. Dr. Rediehs specializes in appreciative and

strength-based approaches to organizational change.

            

                                  Larry E. Webb, Th.M., Rel.D.

Dr. Webb has worked with corporations, churches, community

organizations and government agencies for over thirty-five years.

He’s taught at colleges and graduate programs and has been a

pastor, psychotherapist and is currently the President of The

Kilgore Group LLC, an international consultancy. He lives in

Winter Garden, Florida.
